Few days ago we saw Samsungteasing its dual-camera budget smartphone, the Galaxy J7+ in the Philippines. Now, it has been reported that the handset has already started selling in the region at PHP 19,990, which roughly converts to Rs 25,260. The firm has also launched the Galaxy J7 Core at PHP 9,990 or roughly Rs 12,600. Both are listed on the company website.
The USP of the Samsung Galaxy J7+ is the dual rear cameras with 13MP (f1.7 aperture) and 5MP sensors (f1.9 aperture). It also said to support Samsung's Live Focus feature, which is there in the Galaxy Note 8.
It has a 5.5inch full HD (1080x1920 pixels) resolution Super AMOLED display and is powered by an octa-core processor, clubbed with 4GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage, which can be increased with a microSD card. There is a front-facing camera of 16MP (f1.9 aperture). Backed by a 3000mAh battery, the Galaxy J7+ supports 4G, Bluetooth v4.2, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS and a Micro USB 2.0.

As for the Galaxy J7 Core, the smartphone sports a 5.5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) resolution AMOLED display. Powering the device under the hood is an Exynos 7870 processor, clubbed with 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage, which can be increased using a microSD card. It sports a 13MP rear camera along with a 5MP front-facing camera. Backed by a 3000mAh battery, the smartphone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.1, ANT+ and Micro USB 2.0.
Samsung has not given any word as to when will be launching the device globally or when will it bring to other regions.
On a related note, Samsung is planning to bring a new version of its digital assistant, Bixby 2.0 within next seven days. According to The Korean Herald, Samsung will unveil the AI during the Samsung's developer conference on October 18 in San Francisco.
