17 dangerous apps made to hunt 5.5 lakh smartphones, delete them now

Researchers have found 17 such apps on the Google Play Store, which can prove to be dangerous for users. This application has been detected by the security company Bitdefender and has been downloaded more than 5,50,000 times. The list of such apps includes everything from racing games to barcode-QR code scanners, weather forecasting apps and wallpaper apps.
Apps have tried many ways to avoid Google's scanner and many apps have not been removed from the Play Store yet. Due to the pop-up ads shown in this app, the battery of the devices was draining fast. Also, such apps with adware seem to show only ads at first sight and do not look dangerous, but researchers say that with the help of this app, Android malware can be easily installed in smartphones. In such a situation, users are advised to delete these apps from their device.

Ads show again and again
Researchers say that such apps did not show ads for many hours before, then continue to show ads at a fixed time interval. Apart from this, the code of AIDS was divided into multiple files on their behalf. Apart from this, in-app fees were being asked from users for extra features in many apps included in the list. A gaming app was working exactly as described in its description on the Play Store, but due to repeated looks, the battery of users' phones was draining fast and they stopped games.

After the installation of dangerous apps, users were shown an ad on the screen once in every three as soon as the device was unlocked. Google has said that these apps will be removed from the Play Store soon. Due to some functions, these apps are not considered malware. The list includes these 17 apps,
